Anya Kassoff and Masha Davydova
Anya and Masha run the Saveur Awards-nominated, plant-based food and self-care blog, Golubka Kitchen and have written several cookbooks on vegetarian and vegan cooking. We've always been fascinated with the transformative nature of travel and have been dreaming of offering our readers cooking and foraging retreats to faraway places for years. It wasn't until Anya visited Abruzzo and met our partner, Anna, that we were able to start putting together our vegetarian and vegan retreats in Italy.
Anna is our partner, Abruzzo local, and a freelance food and travel writer who runs Abruzzo with Gusto. In her constant search for traditional dishes and the best of artisan produce, she has come to know many outstanding people: olive oil producers, cheese makers, restaurant and shop owners that have taught her to love genuine local food.
